Stunning :: Emily & Kyle

Emily is such a beautiful girl - when she asked me to do her makeup for her wedding, I was so excited!

Not only do I get to do Emily's makeup - I get to do it for her most special day!

She wanted a dramatic look, but still with a natural glow and without being overdone - a soft smokey eye and light lip did just that. She looked absolutely stunning!

Emily is the sweetest and most adorable. I know why Kyle married her :)

Beauty & Love at Blue Mountain :: Shannon & Matt

Another beautiful wedding of our good friends has come and gone and I am so happy that I was a part of it.

Matt and Shannon tied the knot at the end of September at Blue Mountain, and it was an incredibly beautiful ceremony and reception.

The colours of fall were reflected in the decor and the landscape outside as the backdrop.

It was perfect!

Congratulations Matt & Shannon, we wish you all the best in a lifetime of happiness together!

My Family Photoshoot

This blog has been about my work, makeup and beautiful brides.

I've been wanting to write about my other interests and areas of my life on here, so what better way to start then by sharing with you my family and a beautiful day we shared a couple weeks ago.

When Alex, of Wildeyed Photography asked us if we were interested in having a family photoshoot done, I was all over it. She is amazing! We all felt very comfortable and she gave us really great direction - something that is very important when chosing a good photographer.

As an up and coming photographer, Alex's rates are really great and I would definitely recommend her to record memories of you and your family.
